CTN breakfasts

Good to be back for in-person CTN breakfasts at Toby Carvery

Face-to-Face CTN breakfasts have been held at the Imperial and Toby Carvery in Exeter for years and now they are back!

Our last gathering at the Toby was in early 2020, before everything went online. Over the past three years we have continued to encourage business people via Zoom, phone and email. We were able to host an in-person prayer breakfast at CRE, but now we look forward to having CTN breakfasts face-to-face once again as well as Zoom calls to connect with our friends in Plymouth, North Devon etc.

CTN breakfasts in person

Frank and Barry are pleased to confirm that we are proceeding with in-person CTN breakfasts from 9th December 2022 when we meet at the Toby Carvery at 8am. We have reserved the conference room, as before. ‘All you can eat’ breakfasts are available at £5.49 with unlimited tea or filter coffee at £2.49.

There will be no speaker for this business breakfast, just a few notices plus any updates, as we felt it would be better to let everyone just meet-up and chat among themselves.

Although there is no actual need to book for CTN breakfasts – it’s always encouraging to know who is planning to join us! Please email barrie@ctnsouthwest.network if you would like to know more about CTN, the breakfast meetings, or confirm attendance. Thanks to those who have already done this.

The photos in this post are from one of our most successful CTN breakfasts to date, held at the Christian Resources Exhibition earlier this year where over 50 local business Christian business people gathered to pray together.

CTN breakfasts on Zoom

We are pleased to be resuming our CTN breakfasts, following requests from many in the group, whilst also retaining the Zoom programme. Our next Zoom meeting will be on Friday 13 January with David Shadbolt. We’re delighted to announce that David will be returning to encourage us with another New Year message for the third successive time.

We also look forward to welcoming Peter Lawry back on Zoom from New Zealand. Peter, who heads up Business as Mission, has kindly agreed to speak again early next year.

We are trusting God for much transformation in the marketplace in 2023, to impact our community, city and nation.
